Darrelle Revis to Report to Jets Camp on Time
Contrary to popular belief, New York Jets star cornerback Darrelle Revis will not be holding out and is expected to report to camp on time, according to the Associated Press.
Rumors had gone wild about a potential holdout for Revis, when other cornerbacks had contract upgrades this off-season and Revis refused to state one way or the other if he was satisfied with his current deal.
Ultimately, the rumors were media-spun, and Revis may have never intended on holding out at all. Regardless, Revis and the Jets’ front office will likely take a look at changing his contract some time following the 2012 season.

Revis not putting a wrench in New York’s defensive plans is good news, as their defense could potentially be lost without him holding down one side of the field. As long as Revis is healthy and not holding out, the Jets have the potential to be a top-five fantasy defense.
