Falcons’ Michael Turner Arrested For DUI
Just hours after a huge home win for the Atlanta Falcons over the Denver Broncos, running back Michael Turner was arrested for driving under the influence and speeding.
ESPN.com is reporting that Turner was released from a Gwinnett County detention center shortly after 5 a.m. on a $2,179 bond. No further details have been released regarding the incident. The NFL, nor the Atlanta Falcons, have commented yet on Turner’s arrest.
Turner becomes the latest in an offseason littered with troubled players. Turner now awaits a possible meeting and discipline from NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell.

If you own Turner you’ll have to check his status a few time a day. A suspension by either the team or the NFL could be forthcoming. Atlanta RB’s Jason Snelling and Jacquizz Rodgers could see some extra action going forward.
