Laurent Robinson Wants to Remain a Cowboy

Laurent Robinson Dallas
According to Carlos Mendez of the Fort-Worth Star Telegram, Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Laurent Robinson wants to remain in Dallas next season.
Robinson is now a free agent heading into next season, after only signing a 1 year $685K deal in the beginning of 2011 season.Robinson had his best year in his young career with 54 receptions, 858 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns. He was listed as the number 3 wide receiver on the depth chart, but he was clearly Tony Romo’s favorite target in the redzone.
Even though Robinson says “he doesn’t play for the money” you’d have to expect he would get better offers outside of Dallas, as the Cowboys have more needs other than receiver. If a team like the Cleveland Browns were to offer him a 4 year $22 million dollar deal, it’d be hard for him to say no to that.
