Michael Floyd Will Not Play in Senior Bowl

Michael Floyd Notre Dame

According to Tony Pauline via Twitter, Notre Dame wide receiver Michael Floyd will not participate in the 2012 Senior Bowl.

No details are known, but there is speculation that Floyd is simply being careful with his draft stock, and doesn’t want a potentially weak performance to drop him down in the 2012 NFL Draft.

Floyd is also rumored to be dealing with an abdominal injury, and could be looking to get to full health to participate in the 2012 NFL Combine.
