According to Adam Schefter via Twitter, the New York Jets have thrown around the idea of trading for Tebow. Although Schefter considers it a long-shot, we can now add the Jets to the list that have inquired about the current Bronco, which also includes Jacksonville, Green Bay and Miami.
New York might be a challenging spot for Tebow to land, considering how the media likes to bash its players, but the idea might not be a bad one. Current quarterback Mark Sanchez has garnered much criticism from the New York media and by adding Tebow would only accompany that.
