Peyton Hillis in Walking Boot, Doubtful For Week 4
It appears Kansas City Chiefs‘ running back Jamaal Charles could be in line for another monster fantasy performance on Sunday. Fellow running back Peyton Hillis is reportedly still in a walking boot after exiting week three with a sprained ankle, and is doubtful to play against the San Diego Chargers in week four.
Per reports, Hillis was held out of practice on Thursday, and does not look good for Sunday. Should Hillis miss the game, Shaun Draughn will replace him and back up Charles.
Consider Hillis out for week four. Even if he does make it in time, he’ll be limited and a huge risk. He’s better off resting the ankle and coming back at 100% a week or two from now. On the bright side, this is great news for Charles owners. The matchup with the Chargers isn’t ideal, but he got 33 touches against the Saints in week three, so he should be in line for another huge workload in week four. Draughn will take over the scraps, but won’t even have Flex value.
