Terrelle Pryor to Appeal Five-Game Suspension

Terrell Pryor Buckeyes

According to ProFootballTalk.com, former Ohio State quarterback Terrelle Pryor will likely appeal his five-game suspension that was issued by the NFL this week.

Pryor and his agent have been informed that the quarterback will have three days to appeal the suspension following the signing with an NFL franchise.

Fantasy Analysis

We don’t really have a clear stance on the suspension, simply because we can see both sides of the argument. However, a five-game suspension for a player that literally never broke any NFL rules and isn’t even an employee of an NFL team yet is fairly questionable. He won’t get the suspension completely wiped out, but there’s a good chance it be will reduced to 2-3 games (in our opinion).

Pryor figures to be a 5th round pick in Monday’s Supplemental Draft, while we have the Oakland Raiders pegged as his top potential suitor.
