Trent Richardson a No-Go for NFL Combine Drills
NFL Network analyst Jason La Canfora reports via Twitter that former Alabama running back Trent Richardson “won’t do on-field drills at the combine…”
La Canfora reports that Richardson “had minor knee scope 3 weeks ago”.
T-Rich is expected to participate in the drills on March 27th, just over a month after the kick off of the 2012 NFL Scouting Combine.
Of course, we don’t see this affecting his stock too much, unless his physical reveals that the knee could be problematic in the future.
Richardson is a Top 5 overall player on many 2012 NFL Draft big boards, and is the consensus #1 overall running back in the draft.
